Described as a sure hit, new producer Leon Jones, of Lion Order Productions, says his second project is exactly what music lovers need during these trying times.

The Philadelphia-based label closed out 2019 with the release of its maiden project, Undefeated, which, according to the producer, saw much success.

Eager to follow up on the traction that project received, Jones decided the timing was perfect for the release of the Double O rhythm.

The project, which officially dropped on April 24, boasts five tracks and features some of Jamaica's most established acts, including Teejay and Munga Honorable, as well as dancehall newcomers Intence and Kash.

According to Jones, the project has already begun to create a buzz online and he believes it has what it takes to go the distance.

With everyone locked inside, seeking refuge from the stresses brought on by the coronavirus, Jones said the label has recognised the need to step up its online presence.

He said the plan is to make the most of the fact that people are glued to their computers, smartphones and tablets, and the label will be using the various platforms to push the project.

"We have to take on social media as much as we can during these times. As an entertainment ambassador, it's a part of our duty to ensure that we give the people good music to help keep them calm. This riddim will do that and more, and so we will be pushing promotion to the best of our ability," he said.
